The Vista/Win2008 courses are terrible/horrible.

Students buy MOCs because the classess and THE PRINTED CONTENT. If someone have time to surf in the Web to look for content to sutudy... it will not buy ant MOC.

If MS releases the books as digital the piracy will take over and people will not buy MOC courses anymore. To make MOCs better MS have to throw Konah, Forte and other new materials in the trash can and PUT CONTENT INTO IT!

Nobody wants to buy millions of pages, people want to BUY ONE BOOK, Make ON COURSE. What´s the point in making a MOC course if the material have no CONTENT to study in home?

Re: We sell content, not paper!

Glad to share! Actually, to clarify on one point, students will be able to keep a copy of the digital version just like they keep their books when taking a class using that method.

Re: We sell content, not paper!

I get it now :) Students would use the digital version in class. I wasn't sure if they were given an electronic copy to take with them.
I ask all these questions becuase I am the Learning Tools program Manager at Autodesk, and we are moving towards digital options of our training guides for training partners and customers. Thanks for sharing what you are doing!

Re: We sell content, not paper!

It's the same content that comes in the book. MCTs/CPLSs/students can opt to print certain sections, if they'd like. Otherwise, the class would be conducted with everyone referring to their materials on a monitor rather than in a book.

If this is not a good solution, depending on the preference of the student or the facility being used, etc. the book version (traditional way) of delivering the class is still available.

Re: We sell content, not paper!

This is very interesting! How would an MCT deliver the digital version to their students?

Re: We sell content, not paper!

Were are digital wallet cards?

Re: We sell content, not paper!

CPLSs will be able to purchase this for use by students. So something new for both MCTs and students. For MCTs, the main new thing is the inclusion of the separate lab manual. For students, the whole concept of digital materials is new, as these courses have traditionally only been offered in book form.

Re: We sell content, not paper!

is this for MCT's only or can students purchase these MOC's?
