There are many great benefits to certification and I believe that this program may be able to help some individuals who wish to be certified or maintain their certification.  This program sounds like it is targeting Hiring Managers to help them understand the value of certification.  There are many companies who already know this.  These are the companies that are participating in the Certified Partner program.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Certification not only helps the individuals who achieve certification, but also the companies who employ certified professional by ensuring their people are passionate about technology.  In the consulting world, this also benefits your clients.  The clients many not understand exactly what it means to be a Microsoft Certified Professional, but it carries weight inside SOW and company bios as well.  I personally am a huge supporter of the MCP program and certification has always been a factor on my hiring decisions.  I want those individuals on my team that are willing to go the extra mile and truly understand the technology they deal with on a day to day basis. Looks more like a search for cheap labor . You have got a lot of ideas for MSLearn and a lot of things you should/must fix in comments in last few months. You have ignored it, and later deleter all this feedback from community!!! How can you expect any trust in your intention if every change from you is done in such manner. Where are negative comments why have you deleted it? THIS IS CENZORSHIP! AGAIN! &lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt; Take a look again on MCP status and how have you changed and announced who is and who isn't MCP in last years. No one, even MSL knows who is and who isn't MCP.
